Welcome to Bentwood at Sugarloaf (“Bentwood”), a beautiful private neighborhood of less than 300 homes conveniently located in Duluth, Georgia. Established in 2007, Traditional and Ranch-style homes are primarily present in Bentwood. The majority of the homes were built with either shingle or cement exterior finishes. Homes in Bentwood range from nearly 3000 square feet to 5000 square feet in size.

Bentwood also has one of the finest cluster of schools in the entire state of Georgia. The schools are all within 5-mile radius. Schools offer several programs, including STEM for kids of all ages.

Bentwood’s Homeowners’ Association Board is led by passionate residents who are dedicated to the security and safety of residents along with maintaining the financial security of the association and upkeep of neighborhood. The team has hired a reputable management company to serve its residents.
